    Base filtration

    Food debris is caught in a removable surface sieve and in the pump suction sieve. In addition, the tried and tested Mediamat permanently removes fine soiling such as coffee grounds.

    Self-cleaning programme

    Rotating nozzles on the cover automatically clean the interior with fresh water. After cleaning, the tank water completely empties.

    A data interface (RS 422, RS 232), can share hygiene information with a computer so relevant operating data can be read and documented.

    Energy

     

    The exhaust air heat exchanger draws energy contianed in the waste steam and uses it to heat the cold inlet water - so valuable resources are saved. At the same time, cooled, dry air is released into the room.

    Heat pumps

    Even more energy efficient than exhaust heat recovery system Energy are the Climate and Climate+ heat pumps.

    Glass Program

    A special program which is optimally calibrated to the special requirements of washing glasses.

Large scale efficiency and hygiene

The MTR series ensures a high rack yield for hotels and foodservice environments whilst guaranteeing hygiene and perfect wash results.

Depending on the wash items and the space available, the machine can be configured in a modular manner. The continual rack conveyor system provides an even transport speed for the items to be washed. This ensures hygienic cleaning.

The optimised rinse system with minimal water consumption and the rack activated control zones also ensure economical consumption and low operating costs.
