Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH's stand at this year's hogatec in Duesseldorf featured not one, but two main themes. 
In the "Energy Arena", Winterhalter showed how the award-winning, energy-saving concept of the "Energy" and "Energy+" rack pass through and utensil dishwashers can save energy and reduce operating costs.

And under the motto of "Hands-On detergent and rinse aid", visitors to the Winterhalter stand were able to approach the topic of detergent and hygiene products for commercial dishwashing machines from the experimental side – rather like a chemistry set. Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH had remodelled a part of the stand to function as a sort of chemistry laboratory, with several stations where visitors could get to know the concept of this complete system solution provider: dishwashers, detergent products, water treatment and accessories, all perfectly coordinated with one another and all from a one-stop shop.
"The many in-depth talks we have held with our customers show how important the topic of detergent products is for them", says Sandra Schwaibold. "Some customers even brought their own glasses or ware with them to the trade fair. This enabled us to work on solving a specific problem. Another Winterhalter extra is direct contact with customers, which enables ideas and problems to be taken up and incorporated directly into development."
