Winterhalter is the first manufacturer to succeed in developing a compact circulating air heat exchanger for under counter dishwashers and thus to recover heat efficiently in the smallest of spaces.

The hot, humid water vapour is extracted directly from the machine‘s interior. Its energy is used to heat up the cold inlet water. The UC energy is profitable in more than one respect: It improves the room atmosphere, saves energy and is good for the environment. – this is an important advantage, especially in the counter area.

Note: The combination of UC Energy and integrated softener will be available in the first quarter of 2010.
